College Leaders

That’s right College Leaders are coming back! All active College students are eligible. There will be 1-2 College Leader per Team.

Team Leaders

This role is intended for all adults who are interested in serving the whole week. Your focus is to build relationships with students, serve alongside your students on your worksite, and guide them in the daily routines of AOSP. There will be 2 Team Leaders per Team.

Project Leaders

This role is in intended for our experienced and construction minded adults leaders. Your role is focused on making sure the projects are completed in a safe and effective manner. You will work on one worksite, alongside your (2) Team Leaders to guide the students in their projects. There will be 1 Project Leader per Team.

Site Supervisors

This role will help procure and deliver materials to job sites, as well as offer advice for how to complete worksite projects, etc. There will be 2 Site Supervisors per 2 Work Sites.

Parent Volunteer Roles

All of the parent help truly makes AOSP possible!

We require parents to sign up for at least 1 Parent Volunteer Role during the course of AOSP. Roles vary & include: Meal Teams, Overnight Chaperone Team, Vehicle Pick Up & Drop Off, Photography Teams, and more.
